REvitalized chairs REveal!

So...as you might remember from an earlier post, I was given these awesome old chairs by a friend to REvitalize.  

One of them needed a bit of work...and both needed to be primed.

Although the needlepoint work was beautiful...I decided to REcover them in an updated and FUN fabric.

Here is the color I decided to paint them...glossy HOT pink!

The fabric was a bit harder to choose, but it was love at first sight when my friend, Kim, who owns the shop 7 Gray found it.  We both decided the fabric should be turned a bit...to give it a quirky and more modern look.

Tada!

I mean...seriously!  Aren't they so cute?  I LOVE THEM.

Little Luxe! Inspiration for REvitalizing Old Chairs!

During my time in Florida for Spring Break, I was given a bit of inspiration for the chairs that I am in the process of REvitalizing!  I was shopping at a darling children's apparel store, Little Luxe, and fell in love with both the clothing AND the furniture displayed in the shop!  The furniture was not for sale, but it did give me some serious INSPIRATION for what to do about my chairs waiting for me back home.

Occasional Chairs---REvitalized!!!

I just landed two of these occasional chairs from a friend who was "donating" them to me to REvitalize.

They needed a little bit of life added to their old frames and seat covers.  

They needed a little ZSHUZSH...and you all know how much I love to ZSHUZSH!

I already know what I am going color I am going to paint them...and it is HOT! Think cute...not sexy.

I am still working on the fabric choice for the seats, but I am thinking something bright and graphic.

The REveal will be soon and SUPER FUN...THINK SPRING!
